The property and business of the Pennsylvania School Bus Association is managed by its Board of Directors, who are Regular Members and in good standing of the Association. The Board is comprised of 27 members, 16 District Directors and 9 At-Large Directors. The Board is elected by the membership. Four Directors are elected from each of the four Districts and serve two-year terms. At-Large Directors are elected to ensure a balanced representation on the Board of all Association members and also serve a two-year term. The Board of Directors meets on a quarterly basis. The executive officers of the Association shall be a President, First Vice-President, Second Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. These officers are Directors of the Association and are elected at the Annual Membership Meeting by the Regular Members in good standing. The officers are elected for two-year terms. In addition to quarterly Board of Directors meetings, established committees, comprised of Directors and Regular Members in good standing, meet to discuss matters appropriate for each committee and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
