The Pennsylvania School Bus Association extends an invitation to join us at the 2025 Annual Convention and Trade Show at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center, to celebrate our 45th Anniversary, from Sunday, June 22 - Tuesday, June 24, 2025!

Please CLICK HERE TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM & use PSBA's group name or block code – PASC25A, no later than Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Please note: dates included in the block are 6/20-6/23 and anything outside of this block will be subject to hotel market pricing.

TO  BOOK ROOM:

• must add the Room Block code in the “special code” box at the top before selecting dates, otherwise it won’t work

***If you must cancel your meeting registration, you may do so until June 3, 2025 for a complete refund of the meeting registration. After this date you will receive a 50% refund if you cancel before June 10, 2025. There will be no refunds after June 10th. Cancellations of hotel reservations must be made through the hotel directly and are covered by the hotel policies.***
