The Pennsylvania School Bus Association (PSBA) is led by a dedicated team of executive officers who are responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, governance, and operational effectiveness of the organization. These executive officers include a President, First Vice-President, Second Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Each of these roles carries distinct responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of the Association and its mission to promote the highest standards of safety and professionalism in student transportation.
All executive officers are members of the Board of Directors and play a key role in guiding the policies and initiatives of the Association. They are elected by the Regular Members in good standing during the Annual Membership Meeting, a crucial event where members actively participate in shaping the leadership and future of PSBA. The election process ensures that officers are chosen based on their experience, leadership abilities, and dedication to advancing the goals of the Association and the school transportation industry as a whole.
Each officer serves a two-year term, during which they work collaboratively to implement strategic initiatives, address industry challenges, and advocate for policies that benefit school transportation contractors, industry partners, and the students they serve. Their collective expertise helps maintain the integrity of the Association while fostering growth, engagement, and innovation within the school transportation sector.
By maintaining a structured leadership team, PSBA ensures continuity in its mission and provides strong representation for its members at both the state and national levels. The executive officers, in partnership with the Board of Directors, are committed to enhancing the safety, efficiency, and professionalism of student transportation across Pennsylvania.
