Drugs and Alcohol Clearing House
Presented on September 19, 2019. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is implementing a CDL Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. Mandated by statutory law, this online database will contain information on drug and alcohol program violations committed by drivers subject to 49 CFR Part 382. The Clearinghouse will be operational beginning January 6, 2020, with registration opening in fall 2019. To help members prepare for the Clearinghouse, PSBA was pleased to welcome Todd Yusavage, Federal Programs Specialist for FMCSA as our presenter for this webinar.

Upon graduating from university, Andrew Cappucci found a role in the banking industry where he has served in different capacities over the past 10 years. He started as a teller then became a personal banker. For the past 8 years he has been involved in the WorkPlace Banking Department. In this role, he acts as a personal banker for employees of various businesses. He uses this expertise to deliver seminars on a variety of topics.

How to Prepare a Contract
Presented on January 23, 2019. This webinar, presented by Rich Kelly, Esq. of RC Kelly Law Associates, is geared to small contractors and will focus on the various components of a contract and how to get results in negotiations. Participants will examine why these components are important and will discuss the negotiation process and the voting and approval process. Rich Kelly is a familiar face at PSBA conferences, regional meetings and webinars. Rich is the founding member of RC Kelly Law Associates with a practice focused on helping commercial operations grow and improve. He developed the firm's Business Counsel Program and Contract Administration Program in response to the unique needs of the small and growing businesses he encountered through working with insurance agents and their commercial policyholders. Rich gained a thorough understanding of business organizations while working in legal, technical, management, and executive roles for small businesses and large corporations and as Vice President in charge of Risk Management for a major regional insurer.
