Gerry joins us with an extensive background in campaign management, intergovernmental relations and after working at various levels of a member association.  In his most recent role, he served as a Senior Director with a National Campaign Consulting and Public Affairs firm, where he consulted on various political campaigns and provided political analysis to financial institutions.  In this position, he was able to develop key relationships throughout Pennsylvania and partner with elected officials at different levels of government.  In doing so he established a strong network across the Commonwealth that he looks forward to working with for the benefit of the Pennsylvania School Bus Association. 

In past positions he served as Executive Director of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania after starting at an entry level position with the organization.  In these roles he has played an integral part in developing strategic plans for the association, building budgets, and working closely with member committees.  When Gerry is not at work he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, dog and watching Philadelphia sports.

Arianna joins us with a diverse background of association management, nonprofits, and a range of corporate events. She comes to us with experience working for her local member based Convention & Visitors Board, fundraising events and project management for a USA Military Veteran non-profit, as well as ongoing retention, recruitment and building relationships with membership communities. After starting with the National School Transportation Association in 2021, Arianna has moved her way over to the State Association as Director of Membership and Events, and is excited to be working alongside her fellow neighbors each and every day!

In her free time, Arianna enjoys cooking family recipes, taking trips with her husband and bulldog, and reading crime novels.
